Digital Health and Wellness
Balancing online and offline life is a key aspect of digital citizenship. While not explicitly addressed in a single activity, this theme was woven throughout our project. Reflection activities, such as the "Nature token reflection", encouraged participants to connect with the physical world, promoting a healthy balance with digital life.

Key Definition: Digital health and wellness refers to the physical and psychological well-being in a digital world.
Expanded Explanation: This competence involves understanding the potential physical impacts of digital technology use, such as eyestrain or repetitive stress injuries, and knowing how to mitigate these risks. It also encompasses psychological aspects, including managing screen time, recognizing signs of internet addiction, understanding the impacts of social media on mental health, and knowing strategies for maintaining a healthy balance between online and offline life.
